Phil joined 乐播传媒 in June 2019 having been Chief Talent Officer at Borden Ladner Gervais Canada鈥檚 largest full-service law firm

Prior to that he was Chief People Officer at White and Case, a US-headquartered global law firm.

As Chief People Officer, Phil performs a fundamental role in the execution of our strategy, driven by the belief that the right talent is what makes a company succeed.

Phil was previously the Managing Director of Human Resources for the private equity investment firm Dubai International Capital and European Head of Human Resources at Willis Towers Watson, the leading global advisory, broking and solutions company. He also spent five years as Global People Leader for the Ernst and Young Corporate Finance business.

His early career included six years as a Flight Lieutenant in Britain鈥檚 Royal Air Force. Phil has a BA in Economics from Manchester University and an MA in Human Resource Management from Bristol Business School.
